A registration link will be sent out to a group when registration for that group’s trip opens. The link will take you to a form that each traveler will need to submit.
The following are some important general items to know about the registration process:
- When you submit your registration, you will receive an invoice by email for the deposit due. When your deposit is received, your place on the trip is secured.
- For international travel, you will also receive instructions for submitting a copy of your passport’s photo page. Note that your passport’s expiration date must be later than 6 months after the trip’s return date.
- Trip cancellation protection is not included but is highly recommended. This coverage typically must be purchased within 14 days of receipt of the registration deposit. We will post details specific to your trip here no later than when registration opens.
- Final payment of all balances is usually due 100 days before departure.
